Through these years, the Igbo Man has encountered unprovoked attacks leading to terrible losses, destruction of properties and sometimes lives. And all these, in host communities, not only in Nigeria, but throughout Africa.

These perennial challenges have escalated into ethnic profiling. It therefore necessitates an intelligent safe measure reaction, hence the SEIMP Project – THE SOUTHEAST INDUSTRIAL MOBILIZATION PROJECT, a rescue VISION of the AFRICAN ECONOMIC ENPOWERMENT INITIATIVE (AEEI).

This project is intended towards redirecting the Igbo spirit in business and investment culture towards a safe anchor base within the home land, South Eastern Nigeria.
To benefit from this think home mobilization of all Igbos with businesses and investments within Nigeria and in the diaspora, AEEI is commissioning a collaboration with SouthEast State Governments, and the organized private sector.

Through this collaboration, government will make available to interested investors, land resources in each State’s industrial park and other lands for general Real Estate Development as states’ incentive towards the realization of the SOUTHEAST INDUSTRIAL MOBILIZATION PROJECT, SEIMP.

Aside the above, we also provide cutting edge Real Estate Services in all the 5 SouthEast States and Anioma region of Delta State between our members and all SEIMP-Registered Realtors in the Organized Private Sector.

With these Real Estate giant collaborations, credible land resources are abundantly available for members’ industrial and Real estate needs throughout the SouthEast.
